The Project consists of 6B + G + 2P + HC + 35 FLOOR + ROOF with 403 Units of Hotel and Residential apartments including Gym, and Retail outlets.

The Scope of works includes Supply, installation. Testing and Commissioning of HVAC system, Smoke control system, Potable Water Supply system, Centralized Hot water System, Drainage system, Electrical Power, Lighting, Lighting Control, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Firefighting, LPG, Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, BMS, GRMS, CCTV, Telephone, SMATV, Access Control and Intercom systems.
