10 floor +Roof (2 Building) 28 Studio, 86 2BHK, 66 2BHK, 11 town houses, Substation, Generator Room, LV Room, Server Room, FCC Room & Energy Transfer Station Located in the Ground Floor Essential LV Room & Fire Fighting Pump Room is located in the lower Basement Floor.

The Scope of works includes Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning and remedying of defects of HVAC system, Smoke control system, Potable Water Supply system, Drainage system, Electrical Power, Lighting, Lighting Control, Earthing, Lightening Protection, Firefighting, Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Telephone, SMATV, Gate Barrier System and UPS, Access control and Intercom systems`
